Anyone else have this insufficient funds issue?

For a while now, whenever I try to e-transfer all of the money out of my account it gives me an insufficient funds error, but if I drop the total amount down by 1 cent it goes through without issue.

I’m using the app. All of the funds are technically available and I’m not going over the daily limit.

Has anyone else experienced this?
