Apartment complex changing rates

Hello everyone i recently moved into an apartment about 3 months ago at first parking was 125( as stated and listed in lease ) but now they have switched to an app for you to pick a spot instead of first come first serve , making the cheapest rate 140$ with the most expensive being in excess of 200$ , as well as I am paying for a pool and amenities that were not open and have not been usable since move in the pool has just been opened but I live in Colorado and it’s winter and it’s not heated so it’s usable yet I still pay , WiFi was included as part of the rent originally, but has now also been moved to a separate app and I am now being charged extra on that as I am now having to pay an extra tax and fee through the WiFi companies website . I have already found a new place to live and I am moving , do you think I would be able to get out of this lease
