Adding a Nickname/Extended Surname in the CV

Do you recommend adding a Nickname in your CV if your name sounds non-Swedish? For example, if your name is Rafael Seby Silva, can you maybe use Rafael Silva "Silvasson"? Skatterverket does allow us to append -son to our last name right. If this seems like a logical option, I wanted to use this on my CV and also make the change to my last name officially.
