It's so Joever 😢

27m, tinnitus and low frequency hearing loss in my right ear. Keeps returning in episodes. Ever since being 16y/o episodes have coincided with times of significant stress or depression. The ear feels full and muffled. The tinnitus used to be joined with bouts of veritgo, but these bouts have been replaced by a slight imbalance. I can feel my brain is working harder to just do normal functions daily due makingak silly mistakes and being constantly in a dream like absentminded state. I had no episodes of this since Feb this year, but now the tinnitus is back from 1/10 to 8/10 and I feel something coming on - the tinnitus and hearing loss is now starting to feel permanent :(. I'm a fit and healthy guy, I run 3 miles daily and train weights, I'm also ambitious and now on my third degree whilst working full time - I feel like such a let down and none of my family understand as they can't feel nor see how debilitating this is, rather they just make comments - "I've never known anyone to have that" etc. This is absolutely crushing me, what do I do?? I've been to a private ENT surgeon and had an MRI - it was clean. He reckons meniere's - further NHS testing would at least be a year away as I've not even got to the initial ENT appointment stage with them. I worry about further complications of hearing loss in later life, dementia etc. Life feels so over right now.
