Removable Sunshade Gone???

Working with my local dealership to recreate my saved build and the optional sunshade is gone from the builder. They thought I may have accidentally saved an XC90 build, but I sent him the PDF of the EX90 build to prove I had it in there.

Any idea what's happening there?
