Kidney Transplant Expectations

Kinda a long story but I will make it short. My father (65) was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease in October of 2023 and November of this year (2024) he was approved for the transplant list. We have 30-40(maybe more) living donors going through the screening process to see who is a match. His brother was approved for phase 2 we were hoping its a perfect match. Knowing this, whats a reasonable amount of time to expect waiting?
