OpenDNS as a free & easy stop sign

Resetting my counter today and going to use the OpenDNS family shield as a bit of a catch when my autopilot kicks in and I want to avoid doing a hard thing. I work at home FT and I've found myself PMO'ing as a way of avoiding doing things I don't want to. Thought I'd contribute to the community.

Here's the link to set it up. Super easy, you just change your DNS settings from "auto" to the provided IP addresses.

I'm still working on a solution for my iOS devices because I think they have more advanced DNS resolving that will bypass OpenDNS when it doesn't resolve properly.

Longest streak this year is 2 weeks....want to try and beat that before 2025 is here.
