my girlfriend has petulant bpd and she is constantly making suicide threats and she’s saying that she can’t promkse me that she won’t do anything. her therapy starts next friday but her splitting is getting so much worse and she keeps describing her mood as “the worst she’s ever felt” and i tried to validate her but she just got angry w me. please i don’t want anything bad to happen to her can someone help me
