MW5 Mercs crashing on Xbox (still)

I'm playing mw5 mercs on my xbox one s. It has been woworking well for quite awhile. To the point I have bought 4 of the available DLC.

More and more recently it is crashing. It crashes in 1 or 2 spots.

1. At the start of each mission in the mech bay if I make changes to a mech selection or pilot it will crash about 50% of the time.
2. At the end of a mission when it is transitioning from the black screen at mission end to my reputation it will crash about 33% of the time.

I have tried Googling but those solutions get me nowhere.

Any idea where I should look next?
