Oil painting with no ventilation

So I didn’t know oil paint was toxic. I knew turpentine was but I use linseed oil instead. I’ve been oil painting for 4 years, everything before that was acrylic. I’ve never opened a window once for oil painting. There are no windows in the closet that I paint in (cuz it’s a closet). Did I give myself lung cancer or something? I’m in perfect health (physically) and there’s nothing wrong with my lungs as of now, but did I screw myself for later in life?
