Help taking back my car

When I turned 16, my dad gifted me my first car. The car was in his name while my parents went through their divorce. My mom claims she fought to get my car from my dad in the divorce using a recorded audio of my dad gifting it to me. My dad said this is true but unnecessary because he wasn't going to keep my car. However instead of putting the car into my name when I turned 18, the final papers declared my mom gets total ownership. She then took my car when I moved out, leaving me without a vehicle, saying it's technically hers because the court gave it to her. How do I go about getting my car back because she refuses to give it to me herself? I have a copy of the divorce papers, and the audio recording she used in court. Please help :(
