[TOMT] There was a band with a story about 2 members and a lady

I saw a post on tiktok a few weeks ago about a band member with a wife(or girlfriend?) and another band member wrote a song about the girl then the girl left the husband for the other band member.

Time could have been around when the Beatles were around but not sure?

Does anyone know what I’m on about by any chance?
