Volunteering opportunities in December

Hi! I'm in the process of planning the rest of my PTO for 2024, and I have about a week or two that I need to use up before the end of December. What are some good volunteer opportunities that are in demand right now in Israel? My Hebrew is pretty good (I'd say professionally proficient, but not fully bilingual), in case that helps guide any recommendations.

Additionally, getting to Israel is obviously pretty difficult right now, and flights are pretty expensive, so bonus points if anyone knows of ways to fundraise for the trip!
