So the Chef's Lore in FPE is...
He was forced to leave school at the young age of 7, In an accident where he lost his parents while rescuing his two younger siblings Diana and Thomas, he lost his sight due to the wood that fell on his face while the house was on fire. Since then he was on the necessity of working to doraise his siblings, working in multiple professions, he worked as a plumber, waiter, carpenter, bricklayer, taxi driver, bartender, barista, electrician and chef.

Currently at the age of 18 he works as a cook in the school cafeteria, being the youngest of the personal in the Paper School personal.

He has a drinking problem, cause of the feeling that he could have done more to save his parents, to be a better brother better so.

He always overthinks.

When at work he is always friendly with the students, not being mean at all, just with Oliver cause of the fact he wastes food by throwing it away or leaving the table too dirty.

Even tho he is blind his sense of smell makes him the best hunter (when mad or on a frenzy) he can detect anyone miles away by just their smell and how they sound.

He is jealous of the students that have the opportunity to study, pretending now and then to be happy, but being in a overthinking trouble, but recovering by just remembering for who is he here and why is he doing this.
