Cytotec/Miso (vaginally) didn’t dissolve??

I took four tablets of Cytotec/Misoprostal yesterday evening, inserted them vaginally as far up as I could. To my surprise, I did not have any cramping or bleeding. The next morning I called my nurse to let her know I didn’t think the meds had worked. Later in the day, I had a BM and while pushing, all four tablets came out – completely still intact, like they hadn’t dissolved at all. My nurse was shocked that the tablets were still there after 15+ hours and seemed to be at a loss as to why this may have happened. My doctor prescribed a second round of miso I’ll take tonight, but I’m worried the same thing will happen again. Has anyone experienced something similar when taking Cytotec/Miso vaginally??
