[PC][Late 90s] Old battleship game (similar to the board game) about pirates

Reposting after a while. I hope that's allowed. If not, I apologize.

I'm looking for a battleship game (like classic board game), which I used to play in late 90s. It was around 1997, I think. No later than 2000. All I remember is that after hitting a ship there was an animation with a corsair and flying cannon ball on a beige-ish background. Similarly, after missing a target there was an animation of a cannon ball hitting water surface.

I believe, I was playing on a PC but I'm not sure if the game was emulated or not.

So far, I've checked these games:

• Hoyle Battling Ships and War
• Battleship: Classic Naval Warfare Game
• 3D Schiffe Versenken
• Conflict At Sea
• Sea War: Entscheidungsschlacht im Pazifik
• Sea War: The Battles
• 3D Armada
• Sid Meier's Pirates! (1987)
• Pirates! Gold (1993)
• Sid Meier's Pirates! (2004)
• Admiral Sea Battle (1996)
