ADHD diagnosis symptoms?

Hello all, I've been recently diagnosed with combined ADHD, I've posted a few times but I find myself with more questions.

I am wondering, did anyone else notice their symptoms getting worse after getting diagnosed? Or maybe it's me just noticing symptoms more? Like I'm losing things way more and I'm way more irritable and sensitive to certain noises and textures. My emotions are more all over the place and I space out more than before. Or is it the mask falling off?
