Unknown expert in your field

Hi. I'm a filmmaker in the city and I'm finding it very difficult to find experts in their chosen craft or discipline. I'd love to hear some fascinating stories of events or challenges you have felt whilst striving to be the best within your work. Are you or do you know anyone who is so good at what they do, or have a story about what they do that needs sharing? I'd love to hear about them.
