How much Reputation you need to gain acces to buy wepaons in kuwait?

İ got bored playing in aird so i decided to try out some another maps Which i stumbled upon to kuwait itself the map is exterme hard (i died too much) and everything is attacking you so u have to think twice Before do your next move

Wgen i got to island i saw an npc sells guns (but actually wont sell to me due to my repupation) so i was wondering how much repoputaion to unlock the wepoans buying?

(Sorry for my grammar mistakes)
