Arrowhead, can you do something about the cheating?

Operation 1. The final mission completes almost instantly and extraction becomes available. Pelican 1 plays all his voice lines in rapid succession and lands in about 20 seconds. The mission is considered failed because we didn't do the primary objective.

Operation 2, the first mission. I have just landed and called down my support weapon when I notice one of my teammates is extremely fast on the minimap. I shrug it off as him just using the jumppack at first, but when I see him he has a ballistic shield... On a bug mission. Because he's cheating his movement speed I shoot him in the head. Aside from his health bar turning red he doesn't take any damage. I shoot him with the grenade pistol. Nothing. Recoilless rifle. Nothing.

I try to report him for cheating, but the menu just says I can't report another player for this reason. Then why does this menu even exist? Just to waste my time?

Can we at least have a functional reporting system so these players get banned? The host didn't kick the cheater so all I could do is just leave and hope my third attempt doesn't have a cheater in it. Or disable crossplay, which I'll be forced to do if it turns out the floodgates have opened.
