Hoping someone can help me.

So I have been playing Stellaris again but with the Real Space 3.9 with System Scale and Ships with Scaling. I love it, its great. My only issue I have with it is how fast years go by compared to how much slower your ships move. My question being is there a mod that slows down how long a year takes without necessarily slowing down everything else?
