Climbing shoes for wide feet

Hello! I need advice on what type of shoes I should get for indoor climbing/bouldering. I have the La Sportiva Finale ones but the climbing coach said that my shoes might be too big for my feet. They also hurt the bottom and side of my big toes. I have wide feet, a really high arch, and I have ehlers danlos as well.
