Is it worth taking Physics 50 to prep for 4a?

I took AP Physics 1 back in junior year of hs so I can skip PHYS 50 but I got a 2 on the exam and don't remember much of what I learned. I'm nervous about 4a and want to know if it's worth to take 50 for winter quarter as I'm not confident I will do good in 4a.
