New to gluten free

Hello all, I was diagnosed celiac a week ago and I love reading everyone’s posts and comments. Could you guys give me any advice or information relevant to adjusting to/learning about celiac, do’s and dont’s, when I can expect to notice changes after going GF.. anything helps thanks!
