Why would a Christian vote for Trump?
A Christian wouldn't think that any man could act as Jesus would during his life, and they wouldn't expect him to. They would know that all of us are flawed–deeply flawed–and that each of us will be judged by our Father, individually, at the end of our days.
We wouldn't be looking for Jesus in our leaders, we’d be looking for someone who had a mandate from GOD to prepare the world for His return.
Our concern would be the preservation and reinvigoration of the United States, knowing that only the U.S. and Israel matter now. The U.S. because it's the lone Christian superpower, and Israel because Father GOD, the Almighty, our Dad, is Jewish. As frustrating as they have been to Him, those are His people, His immediate family.
We would look to leaders who support Israel, and we would look askance on those who don't. We would object to leaders who continually fund and encourage our enemies and we’d look for leaders who could manipulate opponents and end wars by utilizing the influence and power and leverage of the USA. Leaders who knew the importance of favorable trade agreements with both allies and opponents.
Finally, we'd recognize the historical and ongoing influence of Satan on the Democrat party, taking into account everything from fighting for slavery in the 1800’s to blocking black children from entering school a hundred years later. Dropping WMD on civilian populations (twice!) and interring 140,000 Japanese-American citizens in camps. Marching with NAMBLA and imposing demonic “trans” culture on women and children. Funding terrorist states and trying to hamstring Israel from defending itself.
When the DEVIL has made his vote so clear for so long and in so many ways, it seems many Christians will simply choose the other option.
