Playlists are gone, but not actually?

So I used to have playlists as a feature on TikTok but for the last year despite updating my app I don’t have access to that feature.

I mean that when I try to find playlists on other creator’s pages they straight up don’t exist. I haven’t tried to make my own cause I don’t post on the app but it’s really weird that the feature suddenly disappeared for me. Also I’m in Canada if that’s important, I know the app has different features for different regions, like we don’t have the TikTok Shop that seems to be regionally locked as I’ve heard that other countries also don’t have access to the Shop tab, it doesn’t exist in the app.
