Spoiler! (Not getting the secret ending)

I can't seem to get the secret ending even though my percentages are 90% 85% (Johnny relationship) and 56%. I remember getting the ending when playing at launch but now nothing seems to trigger it. I waited 10 minutes when choosing nothing on the rooftop and another 10 after choosing "I think you and Rogue should go". My relation ship with Johnny is far above the suggested 70% so I really don't know what I did wrong. Any suggestions?
