FLVS Questions - Family Dynamics

Hi all. I have an upcoming interview with FLVS Flex for a high school position. I'm trying to decide if this position would be the best fit for my family. I have a small child entering kindergarten soon and I am the primary parent who does all drop offs and pick-ups, sports, etc. If anyone currently works for them and would be kind enough to answer questions, please reach out.
