Asking someone out tommorow. Help

Been texting a girl from school, she knows I like her through mutual friends, and we're meeting in person tommorow. Problem is that I have talked to her in passing and it felt really awkward, we both went quiet even though we are chatty people usually. I fear I'll run out of things to say. Anyone able to share some wisdom?
