Mishima like 2D Characters

My friend found he likes playing Kazuya a lot and now wishes he could play him in basically all fighting games. The closest character he has found to him is Makoto from Blazblue he said. I was wondering if there are any other 2D fighter characters that play like a Mishima 🤔
