Guys that get their feelings acknowledged by their partners, how is it?

Im seeing this girl and I really feel she DOES listen and acknowledge what I feel. I find myself comfortable telling her exactly how I feel, and we end up having an actual conversation addressing the things I tell her. She obviously does the same, and it literally feels like a "You and me vs. the problem, not you vs. me" kinda thing. I was in a relationship for a very long time and while it was great, I never felt this openness/willingness to speak my heart out.

Should I back down? Am I growing to comfortable with this person? I've been stressing out because I feel this isn't right and that she might use these things against me later on, or see me as less of a man. I'm very conflicted.
