Spot grows on new XG27AQDMG

It starts with a small yellow spot in the bottom corner but then blackness starts to grow into it and the yellow part spreads out slightly, itll completely reset and go back to a small spot if I turn off the monitor and back on.

Is this screen damage or something else?
