Quit Job to finish school??

I am about to finish my associates and transfer to University but unfortunately the workload is only increasing making it harder to manage school and work. Currently work around 40-45 hours a week as a salaried employee. I am studying finance and will not quit until end of 2025 as I have stocks that Vest November 2025 (basically the stocks aren’t mine until then).
