Thoughts on this MOBO/RAM combo deal?

While I'm waiting on my 9800X3D to one day ship from Amazon, I'm shopping for the other parts that I need. I've always been team blue and I have built several Intel systems, but this will be my first AMD build.

This seems like a pretty good deal as the free 32GB of RAM essentially makes the board $219 which seems good for an X870E board. And I like Gigabyte and I'm already running iCue for other things.

However the RAM doesn't seem ideal. It's CL36, XMP, and 6400... none of which seems ideal for a 9800X3D. I'd also like to have 64GB at some point and I've read a lot of folks say that 4 sticks is problematic, even if I were to buy another 2 sticks of the exact same RAM.

But the deal seems good! I'm very torn. Am I over thinking the RAM issue?
