i want vto :(

How is it possible that my coworkers receive multiple vto offers throughout the week but not me? And when i finally do get ONE offer, i click to accept and it always says “Error. Vto filled” it has happened 4 times. is there a possibility i could be blocked from accepting vto?? or im just really slow 😔
