Resistant depression

Looking for a scientifically based way to approach this. I have 7gm. I’ve done all the meds, went outside the box w ketamine infusions and TMS. Nothing has worked. Looking at this as one of the last chances to reconnect. Anyone have solid evidence based treatment regimens here?
