how do you get past linewize

almost every single website is blocked, i’ve tried all the previous things before my school district introduced linewize into our chromebooks, like trying to use the vpns which are automatically blocked by linewize, trying to find leaf browser or whether browser extensions are on the app store, which work until you use it because i am pretty sure the IT guys changed the blocker from being a chrome extension into the routers themselves, to where the only thing i can use without everything being blocked is my phone with a vpn. does this mean that they’ve essentially blocked everything without a way around it as we cannot access the router settings themselves, or this there something i am not aware of?
