Need to cancel an appliance order

I ordered a washing machine and two days later canceled the order on the website because I was able to fix mine. The day after that it shipped so the cancellation didn’t work. Is there a phone number I can call, or will going to my store help? I don’t want it delivered. Is refusing delivery my only option at this point?
