Men fidgeting when I stand near them , what does this mean ?

I'm not trying to sound like those idiotic posts where I'm seeking some sort of validation from strangers but I'm coming on reddit to figure why this happens . Btw, I'm currently in a relationship with my boyfriend 22m for 5 years now so theirs no need to seek validation from others , I've asked this question to my boyfriend but he doesn't understand why it happens and I was curious as to why when I'm standing near a man and I'm ordering food or just simply sitting I notice the man near me will fidget , does this mean they're afraid of me , nervous around me , scared? I never want to make a man feel scared around me , I've always tried to smile and be approachable for everyone. Just curious and does this happen to anyone?
