[M4F] The Balloon has gone up - A post apocalyptic world

I've had this idea for this plot for quite a while now and decided to put it out there, hoping to find someone who is interested in exploring the topic.

Due to miscalculations and unwillingness to negotiate in good faith the war got out of hand and went Nuclear. Total Armageddon was averted as it was realised that the initial nuclear strike did not happen, but not before several ICBMs had been launched by all sides, and destroying most military targets and population hubs in North America and the Eurasian continent.

The story would take place either in North America or Europe. My Character would be an older man (50), having acquired an isolated place before the outbreak of the hostilities as a holiday retreat for himself and his family. His Family never arrived to join him and were still in a Town which was obliterated, presumed dead. He is determined to survive and protect what he has left, being wary of strangers having only the company of his dog.

I would like you to play a woman, preferably below 40, who comes across his property and sees that it is inhabited. Due to the collapse of the government and social order there are no laws appart from ones which one can enforce oneself.

I would like this to be a long term roleplay, I would like to do a bit of worldbuilding before we go into it and discuss any kinks we would like to explore in the story and any limits that each of us have. I can see this story going either dark, or wholesome, depending on how the characters interact and the story develops, we can either discuss this beforehand or just play them as our moods take us.

Since I would like this to be a long term roleplay I would like to move to discord as I find roleplaying on a server better than on reddit Chat, but this is not something I am a stickler about. I am in the European timezone, and I would hope that this will not be a problem for you. I will provide my Kink List which should give you an idea of my limits (not allowed to post links), if there is something which I have not covered or you want to know, just ask as I am willing to explore new territory.
