Is there regional pricing for in-app purchase for points on Steam

Hi.

I wonder if there is any region adjusted pricing for POE points or bundles that can only be purchased in-app if I play through Steam.

The native client only allows payment by USD but they are way too expensive from where I play.

I would really appreciate if anyone can confirm if the regional pricing is available if played through Steam.
