I had an Awesome experience!!

Threads bashing other businesses are just WRONG! Especially this business who helps thousands of kiwi customers at no cost to the customer!

Just because you had a negative experience doesn’t mean others have. That’s the nature of business—there will always be some unhappy customers. However, posting a negative Google review and then starting an entire Reddit thread and creating an entire dedicated Facebook page about the business seems very excessive and unhinged.

Personally, I had a great experience with Sacked Kiwi. As have a lot of my friends and ex colleagues. They always responded to my emails (understanding, of course, that legal professionals can’t reply instantly as they have other clients), and they were both kind and professional. They even secured me a significant win against my employer and I didn’t have to pay sacked kiwi a single cent!

The point is, everyone’s experience is different, and that’s precisely what platforms like Google Reviews are for. But just as you’re entitled to share your opinion, remember that the business likely has positive reviews removed because of actions and witch hunts like yours.
