My stretch marks are still there after top surgery, help

On september 5th I got chest masculinizing surgery and I sort of thought my stretch marks would fade away after that, but they look even more unruly than before. I honestly can’t even look at them for more than a few seconds, it just irks me. Is there anything I can do to heal them?
