How tf can I accept uncertainty if the worst that can happen is getting tortured for all eternity

The fucking hell obsession has come back. I was raised Catholic but have disavowed religion for several years. And yet I am fucking terrified that I am wrong about it and will be tortured forever. I’m so scared I can hardly breathe rn
