How to decided between two great jobs!?

First job is at my old company (I left because I lacked career progression). However, after I left last year the whole senior team collapsed and they now want me to head up the team. It's a fee paying role in a large real estate advisory firm. I'm currently back there on an interim role as they are desperate and I'm travelling the world fully remote. I'll need to be in 3 days a week if I take the job full time though.

Second job is Head of Research client side. The pay is slightly worse but the company is going through massive growth. I'm not desparate for the extra money and it's only one day a week in the office. Mid to long term I see way more transferable skills and perhaps job opportunities, but it's unchartered territory for me.
