Managing Kobo Books On Calibre

This is going to sound like a really basic question, but how do I get my Kobo books synced up with Calibre? I have the DeDRM plugin and the Obok plugin, but I'm struggling to get Calibre to pull my books down from the Kobo. Do I have to download them all manually from the Kobo site and sync them to Calibre that way?
