Help! (Setting up Claude)

Okay - So I've been using GPT, and recently ran out of credits, and I've been suggested to use Claude a lot, but I am so fucking confused by all of this, and literally have zero idea what I'm doing....

Would someone be willing or have already done a step-by-step guide, (Like literally a very broken down, step by step guide for dummies, everything laid out...) So I can set this up? I know it's a big ask, but I'd be eternally grateful, and I'm sure others would be as well.
