Please help, extremely anxious, canker sore???

I am a 22 year old female. No medications. Do drink regularly. Smoke tobacco every day. Occasionally smoke thc. I hope this is enough information. Within a month, this has happened twice and is happening again right now. My lower bottom lip, left side, swells. Last time it turned into a canker sore. Right now the same exact spot is swelling again. I am extremely anxious because idk what this means. What the heck is going on. It swells enough for me to feel it. And I don’t understand. Please help me. I’m freaking out
