Brand new to TTC. Is a second lap needed before doing IVF? 25f

I was diagnosed with stage III endo after an excision in September 2022. They removed my fallopian tubes so I’ve known I’ve needed IVF for years now. I’ve been having some symptoms returning for the past year, but my recent scans are clear of cysts or Endometriomas, and my ovaries were overall in good condition despite the endo implants at my last surgery.

My biggest question is whether I should have an excision for better outcomes, or if I will still have luck TTC after suppressing with lupron/orlissa and going straight to IVF? I’m waiting on a consultation with a fertility clinic, but I’m just so overwhelmed. I’d love to postpone a 2nd lap if possible and just start TTC since my ovaries look normal currently.
