Did I make a mistake?

I just bought the 65” g4 from Costco and it’s being delivered Friday. It’s replacing a 65” Samsung of about 10 years old. I kept thinking it was my eyes but it appears to be the old tv. I only watch streaming (Netflix, Hulu, Prime, Apple, Paramount +). Did I get too much of a tv? My main reason was I wanted a sharp, clear picture with good clear sound.
